This online stuff is quite difficult actually

I have been trying quite hard now to date through online dating sites.  I have tried a couple of different ones - match.com and maturedating4u.com which gives me a reasonable coverage of the marketplace.  Match is a general site with zillions of members but many outside my own age range.  The other site maturedating4u is a bit more targeted for old geezers like me.

Have sent a dozen or so emails to tempting babes (can I call a woman in her late 50's 'babe'?) but so far I am at a very early stage of flirting with 3 of them - one french, one dutch and one regular brit.  I've always liked foreign birds they are more fun and have cute accents. ... more later...

A 66 Years Old 'Baby Boomer' Tells it Like it is.

Ok, well here I am, 66 years old and raring to go. Recently divorced for the second time - I can't be very good at this marriage stuff but trying hard. So how do i get my act together and maybe cram some fun, lust and love into the remaining third of my earthly existence? I am looking at lots of options - going back to Ceroc dancing which I used to do and enjoy.  My God there are so many women at these places and all keen to 'rock and roll' as it were.   But have I really got the energy or focus to go through learning all those strange steps again - because it is all rusty and probably won't come back as easy as cycle riding.

Easier option - online dating!  I like this option, it's flexible and anonymous and unlike Ceroc i might not make a twit of myself when I jump in.  I am quite a sociable kind of guy and enough women have loved and left me to believe that I have some animal spark.   But which site??  Guardian Soulmates looks Ok but then it covers a wide range of ages as does Match.com.  Probably best looking at a mature dating site.   I give Google a push - hey, this sounds good www.maturedating4u.com !  The name is exactly right.  I am mature and I want dating for me!  Haha!  So I register and bingo - an email lands in my personal inbox.  I click and confirm and get started.   Where will this rash step end?  Heavens knows but I will write here of my experiences good and bad and let you all know.  If it doesn't work its back to Ceroc in Putney!
